50 Years of Twin Otter
« on: July 10, 2015, 10:44:07 PM »
Since it is 50 years since the first flight of the DHC-6, any chance of a project for this wonderful aircraft?  I cannot seem to find one of reasonable size and detail.  A 1/33 would be incredible  ;D.  And, there would be a few hundred different colour schemes to pick from in addition to the obligatory RCAF early white Rescue, and new yellow Rescue versions, and an extra page for floats.

I know, there are a thousand projects on the list already, but a guy can dream  :).

Regards,
John

I don't see too many designers getting interested in this at the moment.
Except maybe DGA, who have already done a couple of DH Otter models.
Design Group Alpha would be the best choice to contact and request this.
They sure would design a good model.

If you want quick and cheap, try Murphs models.
