This paper model is a CMP FAT (Field Artillery Tractor, officially the Chevrolet 8440/CGT Tractor, 4x4, Field Artillery),
an artillery tractor of the British and Commonwealth forces during World War II, the papercraft is created by Toni Mauricio.

CMP stood for Canadian Military Pattern and was applied to a number of trucks, artillery tractors and utility vehicles built in Canada
that combined British design requirements with North American automotive engineering.

This was a modification inspired by the Morris Quad 4x4 Gun Tractor (British) design.

That's the Toni Mauricio model from http://www.maquetasdepapel.es/.  Unfortunately, Wayback Machine isn't letting me get to the model from his website any more.

Yes, the model (download) includes a Read Me file acknowledging the Designer.
I am aware that papercraftsquare has shared some "pirated" files in the past.
But they have also shared files honestly, with the proper links.
(Including my own models)
If anyone can verify that Tony's model is shared without proper permissions, we will remove the link.

I'm just not understanding why Wayback Machine used to let you get to the models, but now you can only get to four of them.  If the others were archived two or three years ago, one would think they would still be archived

wayback machine doesn't archive any files though.
just links to things.
so, if the files are deleted, removed, blocked at their original links,
theres nothing wayback machine can do to help you.

is that what we are talking about?

Pretty much.  When I downloaded most of his models, I was able to locate the download location and do the '*' trick to pull up all the files.  He had some interesting models.  You can still get the two Kubelwagens, one of the jeeps, and the Zodiac inflatable boat
